Artena Anarchist Press is a publishing house based in a Mediterrean hilltop town outside the walls of Rome.

Topsoil (2015)—a 5-meter scroll that simulated the depth of soil—marked the beginning of Artena Anarchist Press. Its price started at USD 103,159.49 (EUR 84,540.23), which was equivalent to the author’s student loans.

Since Topsoil, Artena Anarchist Press has published works in English and Italian by Marwa al-Sabouni, Sara Bissen, Antonio Lima-de-Faria, Sergio Los, and Alon Mizrahi.
